Construction and immovable property

VERITAS possesses many years’ experience in supporting major transactions and grand-scale projects in the construction and immovable property sector.

We ensure the legal structuring of immovable property transactions, and possess expertise in ensuring their state registration. Our lawyers also provide the legal support of transactions approval and execution (for instance, sale and purchase, assignment of title to and lease of buildings, structures, constructions, premises and land plots), as well as mortgage agreements and other security agreements execution.

Our lawyers acted for design and construction companies. We provide advice on all aspects of project implementation, starting with participation in bidding, including contract agreements drafting and discussion, project funding and support.

We also conduct holistic legal audit, enabling to identify and mitigate project risks. Such audit includes the analysis of rights to immovable property, such property operation and management procedure.  We also provide support to clients at all project implementation stages, from memorandum of intent preparation and to the registration of rights to immovable property.

We ensure the legal support of clients’ work with contractor organizations and state authorities, including in connection with the conclusion and implementation of agreements, related to immovable property construction and reconstruction investments. We help settling complex land-related issues and, if necessary, defend clients’ interests in courts.
