Mr. Efremov is a recognized law expert in Kyrgyzstan with solid professional background in Central Asia and Russia.

Since 2023,  Victor Efremov  is a Arbitrator of the International Arbitration Court under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
